The canopy breaks. The light gets in. That's where we start.

The storm doesn't have to be the end of the story. Through ASAP groups and workplace wellness programming, we help veterinary and other helping professionals process, reconnect, and grow - wherever they are in the world.

What We Offer

  • group support

    ASAP Groups

    IN PERSON OR VIRTUAL

ASAP (Acute Stress Adaptive Protocol) groups offer veterinary and other helping professionals a confidential, evidence-informed space to process the cumulative weight of occupational stress, including grief, moral injury, compassion fatigue, and burnout. Rooted in EMDR research and delivered in a group format, ASAP builds peer connection, normalizes help-seeking, and supports post-traumatic growth. Available virtually and in person, across the US and internationally.

Windthrow Collective brings evidence-informed wellbeing programming directly to veterinary clinics and hospitals, helping teams recognize and address the occupational stress that comes with the work. Through tailored workshops and training, we equip organizations with the language, tools, and culture to better support their people - on-site or virtually, anywhere in the world.
